7 New Year's Resolutions to Increase Happiness in Your Marriage (or Committed Relationship)

1. Tell your partner that you love him/her at least once every day. Don't assume that your partner knows it. Even if your partner shows signs of embarrassment and denies that they need to hear it. Don't believe it. Do it anyway.

2. Kiss your partner at least once in the morning and at least once before you go to bed in the evening.

3. Plan a date night at least once a month

How Do You Get Folks to Link to Your Website?

I know John K urges us to do just that to get search engine optimization for our sites. Sharing any ideas that have worked for you would be appreciated.

Are you on Facebook and LinkedIn?

I would like to connect with you there also. I am trying to make more friends and fans so that I can spread awareness for breast cancer during pregnancy. I was diagnosed Stage 3 in the 5th month of my pregnancy in May. My status updates on Facebook and LinkedIn are usually about my fight.

Scribblers’ Retreat is a non-profit organization established with the goal of reaching writers of all ages; to inspire and promote their hidden gifts and talents.
By involving the local community, authors, publishers, editors, journalists and all forms of the literary world, we are opening their minds and bringing hope where there was doubt.
Scribblers’ Retreat is not the typical classroom setting. It was designed to bring world-class authors, literature professors, editors, journalists, illustrators, photo journalists, proofreaders, publishers, publicists, screenplay writers, and website/graphic designers, etc. one-on-one with young and old alike. It is the opportunity of a lifetime for someone who has had a manuscript in a desk drawer for 40 years or who has an outstanding poem that simply must be read.
