I invite you to follow my blogs and comment, critique, and network with me as friends (so I can follow your work too).
I have found ning in general to be the best marketing and reference tool compared to any advertising, networking, or leads I have ever used -- free or paid for. And all it's costs is our time.
Many of you are already in my friend network, and thank you for sharing your work with me. For those of you reading, this that I have not introduced myself too, I would like to now, and ask we be friends so I can follow your craft as well.
We all need to support each others work through this economic distress, no stimulus or bail out is going to help us.
In my latest blog post, you will also see three other ning networks that I have created. One for children's book professionals/enthusiasts, one for southern/Tennessee writers, artists, etc., and one for WillowRaven clients (present, past, or future) or simply just fans of my work. I invite you to join the appropriate ones for you as well.

I've got a program about children's literature writers coming up Aug 26 at 6:30pm. Are you available to sit in on the panel? Also have a program coming up June 24 at 6:30pm for author networking. Could you please email me at okabayashij@lvccld.org or call me at 507-3458 to confirm availability?
Thanks,
Julie
