If I get more than 12 people do not worry that will be fine, I would like to expand and do the 25 days of Christmas so if I get a lot of people t… Continue

Review of Hannah Grace

Hannah Grace by Sharlene MacLaren (comes out Jan. 09)

Sharlene has done it again, she has written another wonderful book filled with delightful characters.

Hannah Grace thinks she has everything figured out. She will work at Kanes Whatnot store, marry the prominent doctor in town and life will be good. Then walks in Gabriel Devlin, the new sheriff of Sandy Shores and along with him a scared runaway orphan who won't talk to anyone.

Hannah has a soft spot for the young boy and because of the yo… Continue

Stormi, I would be interested in a book review for "Sensitivity 101 for the Heterosexual Male" a story of a young boy whose parents get a divorce and his journey toward self discovery as he searches for the two deisres all humans share; to be accepted for who they are and to be truly happy.
E-mail me back if you're interested!

By involving the local community, authors, publishers, editors, journalists and all forms of the literary world, we are opening their minds and bringing hope where there was doubt.
Scribblers’ Retreat is not the typical classroom setting. It was designed to bring world-class authors, literature professors, editors, journalists, illustrators, photo journalists, proofreaders, publishers, publicists, screenplay writers, and website/graphic designers, etc. one-on-one with young and old alike. It is the opportunity of a lifetime for someone who has had a manuscript in a desk drawer for 40 years or who has an outstanding poem that simply must be read.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
The blessings we ask for this season
Aren't the kind that come wrapped with a bow;
We're asking for gifts from the heart,
Ones we need and never outgrow.
May we see in these bright decorations
With their colors and lights all aglow,
The beauty and wonder of life
That God's world was created to show.
Let the peace and goodwill of this season
Be feelings that we can extend
Far into the following year
To our neighbors, our family, and friends.
Most of all, may we always remember
To open our hearts every day and share all the love and the joy
In a special and meaningful way.
