About Me and My Book:
Cat Muldoon sharpens her claws - and her wit - daily. She write everything from humor to romance to fantasy to paranormal stories, but with Cat, you never know what she will write next. Her stories appear in WomanScapes and in the Echoes of the Ozarks, Volume II anthologies and in Storyteller Magazine. Her first novel, Rue the Day: The Undercover Heir, Book 1, published by Wings Press, is available at her website.

Cat likes well developed characters, suspenseful stories and vivid imagery that pulls the reader into the story, so that is what she writes.

Are you on Facebook and LinkedIn?

I would like to connect with you there also. I am trying to make more friends and fans so that I can spread awareness for breast cancer during pregnancy. I was diagnosed Stage 3 in the 5th month of my pregnancy in May. My status updates on Facebook and LinkedIn are usually about my fight.

Scribblers’ Retreat is a non-profit organization established with the goal of reaching writers of all ages; to inspire and promote their hidden gifts and talents.
By involving the local community, authors, publishers, editors, journalists and all forms of the literary world, we are opening their minds and bringing hope where there was doubt.
Scribblers’ Retreat is not the typical classroom setting. It was designed to bring world-class authors, literature professors, editors, journalists, illustrators, photo journalists, proofreaders, publishers, publicists, screenplay writers, and website/graphic designers, etc. one-on-one with young and old alike. It is the opportunity of a lifetime for someone who has had a manuscript in a desk drawer for 40 years or who has an outstanding poem that simply must be read.

For years I was a member of the SCA (I am assuming you know what that is...lol).

Actualy it was during that time I found sff & those awsome worlds created within the pages.

I found myself copying their covers & soon found myself in college with ambitions of being a book illustrator/cover artist.

Need less to say, I am one now, but still have yet to have any of my favorite genre bearing my work.

I do have personal pieces though, I would appreciate your feedback on them.

I am hoping I can add some fantasy to my book cover portfolio soon.

I appreciate the friend requests and I am TRYING to accept, but the buttons so far are not working. So please do not be upset if I have not accepted you. It is not intentional, I assure you!

I have a series going on Communati called "Ask Author Cat Muldoon." Today's question is whether I would let my book be turned into a movie if the director wanted to make significant changes.

What would your answer be?

I hope you will add to the fun and ask me a question about writing. I'll answer just about anything.
