My name is Sean Michael Thomas. I was born and raised in Jakarta Indonesia which has served as an inspiration for my children's book, "Sedikit-Sedikit Menjadi Bukit: Little by Little we Climb the Mountain." The story is about a little boy named Nurny who dreams to climb to the top of the Puncak Mountains. It is a charming tale of the magic that can happen when you dare to set goals and go after them with enthusiasm.

Scribblers’ Retreat is a non-profit organization established with the goal of reaching writers of all ages; to inspire and promote their hidden gifts and talents.
By involving the local community, authors, publishers, editors, journalists and all forms of the literary world, we are opening their minds and bringing hope where there was doubt.
Scribblers’ Retreat is not the typical classroom setting. It was designed to bring world-class authors, literature professors, editors, journalists, illustrators, photo journalists, proofreaders, publishers, publicists, screenplay writers, and website/graphic designers, etc. one-on-one with young and old alike. It is the opportunity of a lifetime for someone who has had a manuscript in a desk drawer for 40 years or who has an outstanding poem that simply must be read.

Hi Sean:
I liked the overview of your book and would like to review it in April or March when I do the column for Easter. It is at that time when I put together several children's books for review.

Hi Sean:
Glad that you joined my site. We have fallen a bit behind in posting some things which need to go up for the site and will pick up on that in the new year. Your book looks delightful and would be one that will fit into my reviews of children's books. I did one this week where I selected 5 books for the younger sect. I think around Easter I will do another set. If you want to arrange for a review copy to be sent to me I will include it.
