- I finally completed my first book called "Hidden Strawberries". I relate some areas of my life journey to a strawberry because going strawberry picking made such an impact on my life. This is a book about the daily mercies and grace of God over my life.
God has taken me from being a person in hiding to being a person who can now tell others how they too can go through their life's journey with God's help.
This book is meant to deliver, heal, and empower you to wholeness.

Scribblers’ Retreat is a non-profit organization established with the goal of reaching writers of all ages; to inspire and promote their hidden gifts and talents.
By involving the local community, authors, publishers, editors, journalists and all forms of the literary world, we are opening their minds and bringing hope where there was doubt.
Scribblers’ Retreat is not the typical classroom setting. It was designed to bring world-class authors, literature professors, editors, journalists, illustrators, photo journalists, proofreaders, publishers, publicists, screenplay writers, and website/graphic designers, etc. one-on-one with young and old alike. It is the opportunity of a lifetime for someone who has had a manuscript in a desk drawer for 40 years or who has an outstanding poem that simply must be read.

I'm sorry to hear about your problems with the illustrator. I can relate as a creative person who is trying to bring something to pass and need the help and support of others to bring the dream to reality. If there is anything I can do, please let me know. Look up the website www.artistwanted.com and you maybe able to find another illustrator. If that is not the correct website, please let me know.
