Profile Information

About Me and My Book:
I am a Bowen therapist, energy healer, personal growth seminar leader, a Residential Coach at a therapeutic boarding school for teenage girls, and a writer on spiritual awakening. I also teach an ongoing group on self-esteem and awareness and recovery from co-dependence for teen girls.

I have over 35 years experience in energy healing and spiritual development. I wrote the book, Path from Suffering into Grace, for seekers on a path of self-healing and spiritual awakening.

I have dedicated myself to spiritual growth and supporting others enlightenment through: energy healing, group teaching, and writing.

I have written since 1995. See articles at www.askmichael.byregion.net

The Path from Suffering into Grace explains the roots of emotional/mental suffering and ordinary people’s experiences of healing, including some of my own. Testimonials demonstrate how to release trapped emotions such as anger and grief from the physical body as well as chronic physical pain. People describe healing deep-seated wounds from sexual and mental abuse, as they encounter a growing empowerment for the first time in their lives. Other stories illustrate how to begin to recognize codependent behaviors and the tools for gradual recovery into healthier relationships.

On a more physical level, people tell of various ways to heal physical pain. One psycho-therapist takes us on a journey through years of struggle with chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia to the peak of her turning point. A quadriplegic relates her journey from suffering into healing chronic pain and depression.

Some people explain their experiences of meditation to release suppressed emotions, of mastering thought creation, of dynamic meditation to exhaust the mind, and bringing awareness through a meditative focus into our everyday lives to break the suffering created by our emotional/mental conditioning. Critical thoughts with intense feeling create suffering. Meditation practiced to bring us back to the present moment stabilizes our minds and emotions.
