I fell in love with writing in third grade when our teacher gave us each a special little notebook for writing stories. I've been writing ever since. I began my spiritual writing when I started keeping a journal and recording things revealed through mediation and other spiritual experiences. I later began writing spiritual and metaphysical articles--again based on information I received, insights I gained by applying the wisdom and advice I gave as a spiritual mentor. Much of that from my early days became the basis for my book, the Inner Power Workbook.
The Inner Power Workbook is a holistic empowerment program-in-a-book" that helps readers close the gap between who they think they are and who the have the power to be. It contains life-changing exercises and master keys for positive, radical growth. Recently, the book became the foundation of a personal growth and spiritual rehabilitation program for prisoners. the book features integral "InnerPowerment" tools and techniques for individuals, couples, families and groups.
In addition to having the book, I also the Inner Power Hour on blog talk radio. I have a doctorate in metaphysics and am pursuing a second one in metaphysical psychology. My work as a spiritual health professional and holistic program consultant draws upon a unique blend of eastern, western and indigenous teachings and techniques, including energy medicine and the martial arts. I am also known as "The Inner Power Doctor."

Scribblers’ Retreat is a non-profit organization established with the goal of reaching writers of all ages; to inspire and promote their hidden gifts and talents.
By involving the local community, authors, publishers, editors, journalists and all forms of the literary world, we are opening their minds and bringing hope where there was doubt.
Scribblers’ Retreat is not the typical classroom setting. It was designed to bring world-class authors, literature professors, editors, journalists, illustrators, photo journalists, proofreaders, publishers, publicists, screenplay writers, and website/graphic designers, etc. one-on-one with young and old alike. It is the opportunity of a lifetime for someone who has had a manuscript in a desk drawer for 40 years or who has an outstanding poem that simply must be read.

Thank you Antonia for the kind remarks. Yes, I agree, self-mastery is the gift that we owe ourselves. If we want real change and to live in abundance, there is no better answer.
I will make it a point to visit your website and listen to your program.
