About Me and My Book:
I am a central NY native who now calls Sedona my home. I have worked in the health and healing professions for over 30 years, most recently as an intuitive healer. One of my goals was to make my healing work accessible to more people. My book, In the Key of Life, An Activational Journey to the Soul, which wrote itself, does just that. In the Key of Life is not a typical self-help book, since it is to be used as a tool for self-transformation. The book consists of inspirational writings with accompanying sacred geometry drawings that activate the conscious and subconscious minds, respectively. Here is the back cover copy:

Nine keys to transform the way you perceive yourself and your life. Quantum physicists and biologists are now catching up with what the mystics have known for centuries: "You create your reality."

Thoughts are energy and have an effect on matter. What if the matter you choose to affect is you and your perception of yourself? You hold the answer to the age old question: "Who am I?"

Yes, my pup was a super girl. I loved her so much, and miss her terribly. She died on September 11, of all days. But she was fifteen and had a happy life, so no regrets. The thing is, there doesn't seem to be any pictures of me without her in them. LOL Schnauzers are wonderful, so I'm sure you have many happy memories, too.
