- Everyone deals with challenges in life and it is often difficult to find help dealing with them. Many of us are too busy to wade through the mountains of self-help material on the market and too broke to spend thousands of dollars on therapists. We need simple effective advice. The truth is, once you've boiled off the therapy buzzwords and psychological rhetoric, the answers we're all looking for are really quite simple.

Biography
JALEH DONALDSON holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling, a supervisory permit in early child development and a writing certificate from the Institute of Children's Literature. Jaleh has traveled around the world but has resided in California for most of her life. She currently lives in Sacramento with her husband and two active young boys. She continues to write and works as a public school teacher.
