Green Man by Richard Fammeree

Poet Richard Fammeree is the founder and director of UniVerse of Poetry [www.universeofpoetry.org] and Pont des Arts Ensemble [www.myspace.com/pontsdesartsensemble]. A widely published poet, he is a pioneer of the global renaissance of the marriage of poetry & music. He has played the varnish off several guitars in several countries and continues to recite, perform and record internationally. Green Man is from his first album Fammeree & Eurydice. This album marries passion and spirituality echoing his book of poems, Lessons of Water & Thirst, recently included in the Poetry Library of Royal Festival Hall, London. Collaborations include recordings with poet Li-Young Lee and Emmy award-winning singer Toni Childs. David Tickle has produced three Fammeree projects. Ampersand Ribbon by Efrayim Levenson

Efrayim Levenson reads "Ampersand Ribbon" from his chapbook DANCING WITH TEARS (Poets Wear Prada, 2007) during his interview by Art Wave's Host Anne Cammon, origianally aired on WKCR 89.9 FM New York on Friday September 7th 2007 at 9pm EST. This poem was nominated for a Pushcart prize by his publisher.

John on the Chrysler by LV

"John on the Chrysler" is title poem from LV aka Laura Vookles poetry chapbook JOHN ON THE CHRYSLER from Poets Wear Prada (2007). Chief curator by day, at the Hudson River Museum in Yonkers, NY, where she has worked for over 20 years. A member of the Westchester National Slam team by night. Her most recent scholarly essay is featured in Westchester: the American Suburb, co-published by the Hudson River Museum and Fordham University Press. Her poetry has been included in two anthologies Look! Up in the Sky! An Anthology of Comic Book Poetry (Sacred Fools Press), HIS RIB: Stories, Poems & Essays by HER (Penmanship Books) and has been published in Ballard Street Poetry Journal as well as online at RogueScholars.com and November3rdClub.com.

My Boy by Swapan Basu

DR. SWAPAN BASU is originally from Kolkata, India and earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry in US. He started writing poetry few years ago to motivate students. He received a silver bowl and medallion from International Society of Poetry in 2004. He was influenced by the 1913 Nobel Poet Rabindra Nath Tagore, also from Kolkata, and translated few poems that can be sung in original tunes. He became the organizer of the Rhyming Poetry Group at poetry.meetup.com/128 two years ago. The group now has 90 members in 15 different states in America and also in UK, Canada, Sweden and India. The group meets once a month in New York and New Jersey, publishes an emagazine FLUTE and holds an annual Rhyming Poetry Contest. He's appeared on cable TV and his poems have been published in various anthologies and journals. He is in the process of publishing a chapbook. He lives in Newark, NJ. About Me and My Book:
Roxanne Hoffman, a promoter of poetry, and performance poet and published writer is the founder of Poets Wear Prada, also know as PWP Books, a small press based in Hoboken, New Jersey devoted to introducing new authors through limited edition, high-quality chaplets. She is a former Wall Street Investment Banker and runs the press with her husband Herbert Fuerst, a retired Hollywood Agent. Their first offering, released in October of 2006, was a 12-page poetry chapbook titled Your Infidel Eyes by Brant Lyon, host of NYC's Hydrogen Jukebox Jazzoetry Series. Since then, they have released twelve additional titles with plans to release ten new chapbooks annually. Authors include well established New York Poets, Peter Chelnik and Susan Maurer as well as promising newcomers like Jee Leong Koh, Laura Vookles and Austin Alexis.
