Book Video Trailer: Dead Wreckoning

When poor, countrified Boo Murphy is accused of murder, she tells a tale of stumbling onto an abandoned, half-buried pirate ship, convincing everyone that she's found a treasure worth millions. As Sidra Smart takes on Boo’s case pro-bono, she launches a search for both the schooner and evidence to clear her client. After several close calls, not only does Sid question her own abilities, she also discovers that people she previously thought to be trustworthy turn out to be anything but. Finally, just when all seems lost, the 18th century spirits of the infamous Jean Lafitte and voluptuous, swashbuckling pirate-queen Mary Anne Radcliff show up to offer Sid assistance – and not a moment too late.
