Scribblers’ Retreat is a non-profit organization established with the goal of reaching writers of all ages; to inspire and promote their hidden gifts and talents.
By involving the local community, authors, publishers, editors, journalists and all forms of the literary world, we are opening their minds and bringing hope where there was doubt.
Scribblers’ Retreat is not the typical classroom setting. It was designed to bring world-class authors, literature professors, editors, journalists, illustrators, photo journalists, proofreaders, publishers, publicists, screenplay writers, and website/graphic designers, etc. one-on-one with young and old alike. It is the opportunity of a lifetime for someone who has had a manuscript in a desk drawer for 40 years or who has an outstanding poem that simply must be read.

In regards to short stories on Amazon.com:

To everyone who has helped and are still helping in this endeavor, I express my sincere thanks. All 6 of my stories are doing very well. Two of them are being held back as late releases (Werewolf Made and This Dreadful Deed) so they do not yet appear for ranking purpose, but will soon, I am told. They are still posted however and appear in the Amazon listing and the book listings – just not under the Amazon’s Shorts listing.

In the Short Stories Bestseller’s List the four that are there now list as follows:

Out of 3618 total listed stories:

Night Wind – 205
Double Cross – 216
The Ancients – 296
Creation of the Gad Fly – 298

They all appear on the Hot New Release Top 100 list as well, ranging from 24th to 45th.

That’s not bad for being posted for less than three weeks now. I’m very excited as you can imagine.

If you haven’t read and reviewed the stories yet – please do – I need your help. It will help to raise them in the rankings and you all know how that will help me in the long run with my new upcoming book, The Tale of Karryn.

Thanks

Paul

Thanks for asking and thanks for responding. I let PA come up the cover designs for all of my books. However, I do not like the Raw Deception cover, because it may give readers the wrong impression of what the book is about. It's about a broken marriage. A different take.

Paul,
Are you referring to the web pricing at http://www.prwp.com/prices.html? I don't think I mentioned any editing and reviewing services as part of BiblioScribe.com, though there may be advertising there that links to sites that do that. Perhaps I misunderstood your question.

Hi Paul,
My website was not free, but not expensive either. You need a website, but you can start out with one of the free ones and go from there.
The reason a website is so important is being able to link to others.
Regards,
Tom

Hi Paul,
We have a couple of things in common. I was born in Ft. Myers, FL and I wrote a book about a larger than life legend of the West, Doc Holliday.
Take a look at my web site www.tombarnes39.com
and maybe we can share some ideas.
