About Me and My Book:
I am a biblical researcher, author, and free lance writer. I earned my degree in Biblical Studies and theology and have spent the past 25 years doing Biblical research. I live in Russia and devote my time and energy to biblical writing, research and lecturing to college classes on Biblical history and interpretation. . Along with speaking and ministering, I have written on issues ranging from revival to rap music; science to sex. As an experienced writer, I have an ability of laying "the axe to the root" concerning many of the most critical issues of our day. I engage in an assortment of activities relating to Bible research, exploration and public education. The goal is to present credible information that is sound in scholarship, but also interesting and motivational to the general public, with a desire to translate the dry, academic pursuit of Biblical truth into a medium which is interesting, motivational and relevant for all. I have given speeches to religious and civic groups on biblical, cultural, and political topics, contributed to reference materials, magazine & newspaper articles, and produce study materials to promote interest in the fields of Biblical learning and research.

DO YOU GOOGLE?

I have to admit that I was not dragged into the computer age kicking and screaming in protest! I embraced it readily and back in the early 80's got my first desktop
computer. I have often wished that I had the technology I have available now
when I was younger.

One of the greatest benefits is the introduction of the Internet and search
engines. The search engines allow you to look up and generally find enormous
amounts

Enjoy The Grape

I read a parable recently that bothered me when I read it the first time. It is a story that was reportedly told by Buddha:

A traveller, fleeing a tiger that was chasing him, ran till he came to the edge
of a cliff. There he caught hold of a thick vine, and swung himself over
the edge.

Above him the tiger snarled.

MOVING THE MARKERS

In our world today it seems that not much remains the same and in most cases change is looked upon as a good thing by folks. For the most part I agree, who would want to live in a boring world where there was never any change?

Change however, is not always pleasant, nor welcome, even though sometimes unavoidable. There

GEORGE AND THE DRAGON

A poor vagabond, travelling a country road in England, tired and hungry, came to a roadside inn with a sign reading: "George and the Dragon." He knocked.

By involving the local community, authors, publishers, editors, journalists and all forms of the literary world, we are opening their minds and bringing hope where there was doubt.
Scribblers’ Retreat is not the typical classroom setting. It was designed to bring world-class authors, literature professors, editors, journalists, illustrators, photo journalists, proofreaders, publishers, publicists, screenplay writers, and website/graphic designers, etc. one-on-one with young and old alike. It is the opportunity of a lifetime for someone who has had a manuscript in a desk drawer for 40 years or who has an outstanding poem that simply must be read.
