A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Holly Spence is a graduate from the School of Creative and Performing Arts in which she majored in Drama, Technical Theatre Management and Vocal Music. She attended the University of Cincinnati, majoring in Chemical Technology.
Mrs. Spence a recipient of both monthly and annual VIP awards, company’s annual president award for top performance and first to receive “MVP” Manager Value in Performance all while working for one of the countries’ major retailer’s credit facility.
Mrs. Spence is an author (“Servant Leadership The Heart That Serves”), Conference Speaker and Workshop Facilitator; Mrs. Spence currently serves as a Practice Manager for a major Global Software Company.
She’s the mother of 3 beautiful children Heather, Jehoshua and Joshijah-rapha. Best friend and covenant partner of Vinnie Spence.

Foundation to Leadership
As leadership and the Body of Christ ventures into outward focused ministries and develop inward ministerial structures to hold the impending harvest, we find a deficit in consistent faithfulness and service from pure hearts in leaders, as well as congregants. There is a vacuum of heart-based leadership development where we examine the motives and intents of the heart in order to labor in purity with one another that all men see the love of God as a bright light shining in darkness.
True leadership is the salt of the earth and the light of the world. A leader’s unrestrained service exemplifies the magnitude of God’s love for man. Christ gave his all for us all, in order to show us all…God’s heart. The Light of the servanthood of Christ must be seen by all men in order to build individual lives.
We delve into the hidden places of the heart to dig out dark areas that prevent us from fully serving as Christ through the local fellowship, in the workplace, and in our families.
It is time for leaders to reexamine themselves and become strengthened their resolve to serve the Lord without restraint, and thereby give our lives fully to Kingdom purposes

We have settled for a life style that consists of challenges, goal oriented tasks which push us to achieve the ultimate American dream of success. However, if we don’t slow down we will find ourselves unable to enjoy life’s achievements. We will only have a premature head stone with a quote of what we would have accomplished.
Finding balance between our corporate and personal lives continues to be an ongoing challenge. There are more books, websites, articles, conferences and national seminars helping to address the “work/life balance”. “The Power of 10, Gaining Empowerment in 10 minutes, 10 words and 10 people is an interactive and goal oriented book that encourages taking the necessary steps no matter how small to accomplish taking care of the most important person in that balance…”YOU”

10 minutes for me? You’re kidding right? I can’t find time to complete all that I need to do on a daily basis and you are suggesting taking 10 minutes for me?
My day starts at 5:30 a.m., as I’m putting in a load of laundry, ironing my clothes, and throwing lunches at the kids so they won’t miss the 7:30 a.m. bus. I grab my purse, briefcase and laptop. Scribblers’ Retreat is not the typical classroom setting. It was designed to bring world-class authors, literature professors, editors, journalists, illustrators, photo journalists, proofreaders, publishers, publicists, screenplay writers, and website/graphic designers, etc. one-on-one with young and old alike. It is the opportunity of a lifetime for someone who has had a manuscript in a desk drawer for 40 years or who has an outstanding poem that simply must be read.
