- Tangent is an independent literary arts magazine produced by a group of ambitious writers and artists in the Western New York area. Tangent began as a simple, hand-bound publication in 2007 and has continued to grow over the years, becoming the professionally published phenomenon that it is. Tangent is currently available online at www.lulu.com, and in select bookstores and galleries. Our purpose is to give emerging writers, artists and photographers a platform for their work and assist them with getting the recognition they deserve.
Accepting Submissions
Tangent is currently accepting submissions for our Fall/Winter 2009 issue. We accept submissions of fiction, creative non-fiction, poetry, photography, and art. Anyone can submit and there is no cost for submitting your work. Send all submissions to tangentmagazine@aol.com. For complete submission guidelines, visit us at www.tangentmagazine.blogspot.com.
