About Me and My Book:

My book is called "Light Beyond The Storm-Overcoming Life's Tragedies Through Faith."

In my book, I chronicle many of the faith experiences that I witnessed firsthand while working as a commercial fisherman out of New Bedford, including the storms that I just barely survived!

I also share with the readers some of the tragedies that I've had to overcome in my life, including the suicide death of my brother, all which I would not have been able to survive without a strong faith in God, and in knowing that he was watching over and protecting me.

I hope that my book, and the message I'm trying to send to others who read my book is clear. Anything is possible with God's help, and if we truly believe in the power that exists in Faith.

Stephen is also a singer/songwriter who has composed and recorded many heartfelt songs. A sample of his music can be heard by visiting his website, and are also available here. Inspirational pop songs such as "Here and Now," "You're All That's Missing," and "Soldier Sacrifice-This Land Is Yours" are now available for your enjoyment.

I have recently released my second book titled, "What Shall We Do With This Life?-God Has The Answer..."

The book asks us to consider reflecting on all that we have in life, everything that is good, our talents and gifts, both materially and otherwise. And, once we've done so, we must understand that it all comes from God. God will indeed answer all of our prayers and give us all that we ask for. But, we must believe in Him, we must obey His teachings, and we must give Him honor, glory, thanks, and praise, and spread the Good News of Jesus Christ to all who will listen. When we do that, our lives will be filled with more joy and happiness than we could ever imagine.
