About Me and My Book:

My latest book "Divide & Conquer! (A Candid Discussion on Spiritual Abuse" addresses the reality and brutal effects of Spiritual Abuse. Spiritual Abuse is an epidemic sweeping through many houses of worship today crippling its victims. It is a trigger for depression, self-abuse and low self-esteem. Clergy and lay members alike have committed suicide because of is effects. Others have simply left the church altogether!
It is a subject that warrants addressing!

Spiritual Abuse is invoking or trying toinvoke control over an individual or group of individuals, while making them believe that their refusal or rejections of such treatment will produce negative/dreaded spiritual consequences or judment by God.

Ex: A Pastor may stand and say sister so and so came against me, they didn't support me, now look what happened to them. It's using people's fear and reverance of God to control them. And using this control for personal gain!
