Linking a promotion/gift to purchase of your book
Has anyone done this?
I want to give people a gift when they buy my book.
They will have to fill out a "form" with their e-mail address to get the gift so I know who they are.
However, if they buy the book and it takes them straight to Amazon, how do I get them back to the site to get the gift?
If I'm not articulating this clearly, please tell me and I'll say it another way.

I forgot to mention an opportunity I may be able to offer to secure an Australian agent. My brother Norman is a book rep for a number of publishers and reps in Tasmania for publishers and distributors on the mainland as we Tasmanians refer to the big Island north of Tasmania!LOL
