By involving the local community, authors, publishers, editors, journalists and all forms of the literary world, we are opening their minds and bringing hope where there was doubt.
Scribblers’ Retreat is not the typical classroom setting. It was designed to bring world-class authors, literature professors, editors, journalists, illustrators, photo journalists, proofreaders, publishers, publicists, screenplay writers, and website/graphic designers, etc. one-on-one with young and old alike. It is the opportunity of a lifetime for someone who has had a manuscript in a desk drawer for 40 years or who has an outstanding poem that simply must be read.

The idea of your company is fascinating. I've only read one romance book that was illustrated and I thought it was a good idea. The only drawback for that one was that the story was sparse. The art was breathtaking though.
I hope your idea takes off!

About Me and My Book:

I'm an erotic dark fantasy writer/editor (and writing instructor) So please allow me to introduce you to Passion Tales...

We're a new e-publisher but with a twist. As it says on our website: Our stories are an exciting blend of Fantasy, Dark Fantasy, Paranormal and Romance with highly charged Eroticism woven throughout, and our eBooks come with tantalizing, high quality digital illustrations.

We're a group of online friends with various creative talents/experience (art, writing, editing, music, programming) who decided to come together to create this exciting new venture. All of our stories will be set within the framework of the fantasy world of Taqqara and should, for the most part, all be inter-connected, but can still each be read as a stand alone book.

For instance, all (or most!) of my stories will follow the evolution of my main character, Quoren, who goes from benevolent fertility god to demonic sex god and back again, while struggling with the darkness growing within him, as he falls and rises again to learn the ultimate lesson of all - love.

Each eBook will come illustrated by fabulous digital art and we'll also soon have music on offer as well, inspired by our stories to enhance your reading experience.

So because of this blend of genres all in one inter-connected story-telling package, with the art and the music, we don't fit in anywhere else and decided to start our own thing... Thus Passion Tales was born.

We are, of course, interested in adding more talented writers and artists to our group, so if this writing project interests anyone, please get in touch with me. You can also visit our forums.
