I'm a Life Coach and a Certified NLP Practitioner who is passionate about personal development. I deliver one-to-one and group coaching programs, personal development workshops, seminars and teleseminars.
My coaching clients are primarily women who are establishing themselves as entrepreneurs and are seeking guidance and success strategies to overcome feeling overwhelmed. I work with clients to help them stay focused on personal/business success rather than be distracted by self-imposed limitations and negative beliefs.
I also work with individuals who are putting on hold doing what they love to develop a more authentic and fulfilling lifestyle.

I have a dance background and I've also worked in the health and fitness field for over 10 years. I'm a qualified Personal Trainer as well as a group Fitness Instructor.
