About Me and My Book:
I am a mediator, photographer and voice map practitioner - it's all on my website.

First book - Conversations Before a Marriage - I wrote after mediating about fifty divorces and assessed the patterns in common leading to the failure of those marriages. The book provides tools for handling conflict in constructive ways and a number of questions to help people better understand each other's needs and expectations. One reader wrote to say, "I read the book, asked him the questions and called off the wedding." More info and reviews on Amazon

Next book is similar in content targeting the music industry.

I'm seeking cowriters to work on a far reaching project about how the worst possible people wind up in the highest positions of power and control. I call it "Predatory Leadership." Are you up for the task?

Introduction to Predatory Leadership

Here is an introduction to a concept whose power and influence is broad and overwhelming. I've been developing this theory for years and it is past time to bring it out of the closet and into public dialogue. Any insights, suggestions, referrals you may have time to give will be much appreciated.

Scribblers’ Retreat is a non-profit organization established with the goal of reaching writers of all ages; to inspire and promote their hidden gifts and talents.
By involving the local community, authors, publishers, editors, journalists and all forms of the literary world, we are opening their minds and bringing hope where there was doubt.
Scribblers’ Retreat is not the typical classroom setting. It was designed to bring world-class authors, literature professors, editors, journalists, illustrators, photo journalists, proofreaders, publishers, publicists, screenplay writers, and website/graphic designers, etc. one-on-one with young and old alike. It is the opportunity of a lifetime for someone who has had a manuscript in a desk drawer for 40 years or who has an outstanding poem that simply must be read.
