PLEASE HELP!!! PANIC ATTACKS

Hello all,
Now that my book is finished, I have been so sick.
I mean physically sick. I felt good writing it because
my thoughts were, I need to help someone, now
I am terrified of the thought of others reading
the things that happened to me and the things that
I did. I cannot sleep nor can I eat. I have panic attacks
and night sweats. WHY am I feeling like this.

No if you mentioned no names you don't really need permissions. Even though the book is not out yet we can still do pre-promotion when is it due out and if you don't yet have some one to do your cover I can recommend someone.
