About Me and My Book:
I am:
• A marketer (full-time)
• A writer (on-my-time)
• A speaker (Part-time)
• A teacher (Sometimes)
• A radio co-host (Weekly)

I am currently writing a book for the person who can agree with one or more of the following statements:
1. You have goals and aspirations that you are not doing anything about.
2. You have at least one bad habit that you can’t break.
3. You are not happy with your current job.
4. You can’t seem to get ahead.
5. You are not happy with your current weight.
6. You dream of living in another city, state, or country, but you haven’t done anything to make the move a reality.
7. You feel that the words “boring”, “dull”, “dreary”, or “unexciting” describe your life in general.
8. You are not happy with your current income.
9. You are not happy with one or more of your primary relationships, or… they are not happy with you, or you don’t have any primary relationships.
10. You have not had a physical examination in more than 18 months.
11. You lack a sense of purpose.
12. You are not happy with your current net worth.
13. You are physically and emotionally tired... all the time… even now.
14. You feel as though life is passing you by.
15. You feel disconnected from the rest of the world.

The working title of the book is “Break Out! Your Complete Guide to Busting Ruts”. In the book I share 7 steps to getting unstuck in the areas of career, relationships, health and fitness, finances, intellect, creativity, purpose, and emotions.
The information is simple, practical, and easy to use. It comes from more than 5 years of research and teachings on the topic along with more than 13 years of helping older adults make a major lifestyle transition.

I look forward to making many new friends through this network.

Unstuck Goals and How to Reach Them

“Always live your life with one dream to fulfill. No matter how many of your dreams you have realized in the past, always have a dream to go. Because when you stop dreaming, life becomes a mundane existence.”

- Sara Henderson, Writer

Are you stuck? Do you feel that things are not moving forward? Does life feel boring and uneventful? Do you feel as though time and opportunity are slipping away from you? Does it sometimes feel like your circumstances and situation will never change for the bett… Continue

Are you on Facebook and LinkedIn?

I would like to connect with you there also. I am trying to make more friends and fans so that I can spread awareness for breast cancer during pregnancy. I was diagnosed Stage 3 in the 5th month of my pregnancy in May. My status updates on Facebook and LinkedIn are usually about my fight.

Scribblers’ Retreat is a non-profit organization established with the goal of reaching writers of all ages; to inspire and promote their hidden gifts and talents.
By involving the local community, authors, publishers, editors, journalists and all forms of the literary world, we are opening their minds and bringing hope where there was doubt.
Scribblers’ Retreat is not the typical classroom setting. It was designed to bring world-class authors, literature professors, editors, journalists, illustrators, photo journalists, proofreaders, publishers, publicists, screenplay writers, and website/graphic designers, etc. one-on-one with young and old alike. It is the opportunity of a lifetime for someone who has had a manuscript in a desk drawer for 40 years or who has an outstanding poem that simply must be read.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
The blessings we ask for this season
Aren't the kind that come wrapped with a bow;
We're asking for gifts from the heart,
Ones we need and never outgrow.
May we see in these bright decorations
With their colors and lights all aglow,
The beauty and wonder of life
That God's world was created to show.
Let the peace and goodwill of this season
Be feelings that we can extend
Far into the following year
To our neighbors, our family, and friends.
Most of all, may we always remember
To open our hearts every day and share all the love and the joy
In a special and meaningful way.
