- Jack: The Christmas Collie is based on a true story about a family and their beloved Collie. In typical Collie fashion, Jack saves the day numerous times and protects his family against all foes and threats. Jack is a Christmas gift that will teach the Barnes family about life, sacrifice and giving. Jack is the perfect Christmas gift, but through Jack, the Barnes family learns that life is not as perfect as our dreams, but that if we are willing to give of ourselves and sacrifice, we may find that our dreams may come true in ways we might not ever imagine.
