About Me and My Book:
"Seeds of Change" . . . From Infertility to Infinity.
Many women are going through infertility issues. It seems this is more prevalent now than ever before. Did you know that woman's fertility goes down significantly at ages 35, 38, and 42? After 42, the probability of becoming pregnant naturally (or even IVF) is 0-5%, more towards 0%. During my "fertile" age, it was not cool, even looked down upon for a woman to become a housewife or have children. Women's liberation movement said I had to have education and a career. I believed and lived this philosophy, became educated, had a career. When I discovered the female instincts and the desire to both be happily married and to become a mother, it was too late for the portion of becoming a mother. Yet, I was very fortunate to learn about a new and upcoming medical procedures that reversed all this. I had my first child, a daughter, at age 45, and my second child, a son, at age 48. This book tells you how I did it and my personal journey and experience of how a once infertile woman became the "fertility goddess" of Japan. I am/was featured in two major national newspapers in Japan, Yomiuri and Asahi, a woman's magazine, Nikkei Woman, and recently a documentary of my life was created by JapanTV and aired June 08.
This book is for career women who delayed family, for stay-at-home wives that feel something is missing, for all women who suddenly discovered the instinct and the desire to have a family. Please read my book, "Seeds of Change . . . From Infertility to Infinity". I hope you will be inspired. Once you have a child, your seed will continue to infinity . . .

By involving the local community, authors, publishers, editors, journalists and all forms of the literary world, we are opening their minds and bringing hope where there was doubt.
Scribblers’ Retreat is not the typical classroom setting. It was designed to bring world-class authors, literature professors, editors, journalists, illustrators, photo journalists, proofreaders, publishers, publicists, screenplay writers, and website/graphic designers, etc. one-on-one with young and old alike. It is the opportunity of a lifetime for someone who has had a manuscript in a desk drawer for 40 years or who has an outstanding poem that simply must be read.

Hi kazumi,
Sorry it took so long to reply, but welcome. Your story sounds fabulous. I look forward to reading it one day. Motherhood is a joy and a great privelege bestowed on us by God, but so many people take it for granted. Happy Mother's Day.

Very interesting story you have written. We, indeed, are living in an interesting time as women have been asserting themselves in a more patriarcal society. Things are changing but you have discovered that we do not need to lose any of our feminity and our innate desire for family. Thank you for sharing your story.
