I got the job! I've been promoted to Theater Manager at the Rainbow Library where I'll be doing meeting planning and special events coordination for two meeting rooms and an outdoor amphitheater with a capacity of 900 people. I am looking for Hispanic authors in the Las Vegas, Nevada area to participate in upcoming bilingual writing and author visit programs at the library in 2010. Books can be written in English or Spanish, all genres & topics are welcome. Please contact me via phone or email if you are interested.

Feb 27- Local Authors Book Fair- over 30 authors, writers groups and book clubs!

Am happy to announce our next Local Authors Book Fair will be Saturday, Feb 27, 2010 from 1pm-3pm in the Jewel Box Theater. There are 26 tables to fill for individual authors and 4 tables for groups. All individual authors will be sharing two authors to a table. Each author is responsible for his own book sales and tax reporting. Getting ready for our Open House mixer event on Weds 6/24 for local authors and others in the literary industry. Been receiving a lot of RSVPs so I'm hoping for a good turnout. I'll report on it later in the week.
