- About Me and My Book:
- I have developed relationships in 79 countries beginning in 1962 and have counted it joy to be able to help many of them with their life focus and purpose. My most recent book is Faces in the Crowd. It shares the ease in becoming friends with the international in your community and developing a great relationship so you can talk with them about their future.
Becoming a World Changing Family teaches parents how to engage their children in seeing the world. It has lots of fun things to do as they too develop relationships with the internationals that now live among us.
Climb Another Mountain is how we started going to other countries and the challenge to buy a 40 passenger airplane. With it we were able to take people all over the western hemisphere to help during earthquakes, hurricanes, and to build hospitals, clinics, churches, schools, and education centers. We even had an encounter in Cuba when Castro changed his mind and forced us to land although we had permission to over fly. That made the news around the world.
Book #5 was actually my first one. It is Through the Eyes of Christ, a short-term missions journal to help each person listen to what the Lord is telling them on their trip so they can "be" different and "do" different when they come home.
I am writing another book now and some magazine articles. I also am speaking in conferences, universities, churches, and seminars around the U.S.
I count it all joy to be useful in these ways.
