At 2:21pm on July 27, 2009, Aidana WillowRaven said…: Well, it depends who you ask. I say there is no such thing as talent because nearly failed art n elementary and high school. I was told repeatedly I showed no artistic talent. But I grew up. Had a few life experiences (two divorces, two kids) and tried my hand a writing them out, as therapy. Found am not a writer. So I started 'translating' my thoughts into drawings... I decided I wanted to do this as a career, went to college for fine art ... the rest is history...

I came to the conclusion that there is no such thing as talent ... just desire.

But I do appreciate the 'talent' point of view ... lol. And I am honored that you feel I have it. I just am not going to rely on 'talent', when hard work is what get's me where I want to be.
