About Me and My Book:
Katara was thrown from the peacfull life in the small town of sloop when she reaturns home to find her foster family had been ruthlessly murdered by the crule Pretender on the throne. Driven by her need for justice and aided by her battle companion Jaybin, she travels to the forest of Wilder, takes up her cloak and becomes the heroic rebel leader The Mistress of The Wilder Woods. An ageless woman who fights against the rule of the unjust tyrant on the throne. Refugees flock to the Wilder Woods in search of a safe haven from the false king. Can she restore the throne? Across the seas a sickness devistates the kingdom of Keidorial. Tasin, unable to fight the rising darkness, takes up the trail of his missing Queen. It leads him across the Endless Ocean were few Eldin have been since The Great Divide, to the land were humans dwell. There he stumbles across the Mistress of The Wilder Woods who mysteriously lookes identical to his missing Queen. Will they be able to defeat the rising darkness that's taking both lands?

That's the basic of my story. It's my first one. It's a WIP. Write me if you're intrested.

Scribblers’ Retreat is a non-profit organization established with the goal of reaching writers of all ages; to inspire and promote their hidden gifts and talents.
By involving the local community, authors, publishers, editors, journalists and all forms of the literary world, we are opening their minds and bringing hope where there was doubt.
Scribblers’ Retreat is not the typical classroom setting. It was designed to bring world-class authors, literature professors, editors, journalists, illustrators, photo journalists, proofreaders, publishers, publicists, screenplay writers, and website/graphic designers, etc. one-on-one with young and old alike. It is the opportunity of a lifetime for someone who has had a manuscript in a desk drawer for 40 years or who has an outstanding poem that simply must be read.

Hi Amy,
Didn't get to finish talking to you on Sunday. How is your story coming along?
I hope you can come to the luncheon on May 15th at Panchos. I would love to see you there. I will be doing a short reflection about the Lord and what is between the lines of my book "Flame From Within." There was a purpose for my writing the story about Aimee's life and I hope to share it.

But I haven't heard from you and how you are doing with your writing. It is important to stay on track.
Love Shirley
