Hey!
I made money as a semi-pro, college scholarship, regimental and second army teams. Barnstorming with some of the greats. Interviewed by the sportswriter for the Las Vegas paper in April 2006, Ron Kantowski (maybe still on the internet "Knuckleballer") Plan to do a book "The Knuckleballer" in the fall for release about Xmas time. It's not a "how to," but a "reality/fiction" using my trials and tribulations, It's a story about Jason Roberts, a man who grew up throwing the "knuckler." His trials and tribulations of getting into the big leagues. His heartbreaks in being told you can't do it! The pitch won't work, no sense in trying it! The biggies will never like it, throw it a different way! They'll knock it out of the ball park! Negotiating his contracts and endorsements. Winning the big ones. Winning his last game of the world series in relief at Yankee Stadium. His retirement and finally: His induction into the "Hall of Fame."
