Getting your first manuscript into the hands of a publisher can be a real challenge. You need to ensure that you represent yourself as a professional with an excellent command of the English language. You also must be sure to present your manuscript in the correct format. If these things are not done, your manuscript may wind up on the rejection pile.

Angel Editing Service can help ensure that this does not happen. Not only will your work be edited and rewritten where necessary, such things as storyline and character consistency will also be reviewed. Philip Nork Comment by Philip Nork on October 11, 2009 at 9:16pm

Hi everyone...Just joined and am looking forward to networking with anyone who wants to. Even though this is "my journey," anyone can jump on, the more the merrier. So add me as a friend so we can start helping each other.

Here is some information about my just released book.

First-time author Philip Nork brings Sensitivity 101 for the Heterosexual Male to life!

“Mars and Venus…The battle of the sexes? Men and women alike will enjoy the book that just might end the relationship war!”

First-time author Philip Nork and AuthorHouse are happy to announce the release of this “highly entertaining and unique trip back in time.” Follow a young boy on his confusing and challenging journey of self-discovery, and his yearning to become the “real” yet sensitive man he longs to be.

Sit back and enjoy the incredible journey of a young boy whose parents get divorced, and how he tries desperately to be accepted for who he is and also longs to be happy once again.

Life lessons are all around us, you just have to see them and react accordingly. Along his journey a young boy learns lessons which all men need to know…ones that most women want them to use…such as:

 Be different, sincere, and make females feel special.
 Girls remember the good things and want to reciprocate.
 See the difference in everyone and celebrate it.
 Girls want to be heard: guys need to be better listeners.

But as he applies these lessons, the young boy also learns another lesson: using a good thing the wrong way has its dire consequences.

Sensitivity 101 for the Heterosexual Male allows the readers to not only experience a unique journey, but also to relive their own...and to see how the actions that they followed may have been perceived.

“Women will want to have someone like Phil enter their life, while men will wish they were more like him. Either way, all will be thoroughly entertained.”

Philip Nork lives in Henderson, Nevada and is already working on the second book in this series, Sensitivity 102: Choices. Go to his blog at www.PhilipNork.com to see more information about him and the book.

Available at Amazon.com and Barnesandnoble.com. E-book available at AuthorHouse.com.

My name is Vangie WIlliams and I have written Broken Life - A fight for Forever - Book 1 (10 book series). The 1st book of 10 covers several lanes of history in 1844, book 2 should be out by January 2010. I love history which lead me to write this series that includes several unknown points of eastern American history. I would love to send a copy of the book for your review.

My book Broken Life - A Fight for Forever is about love cursed in Old Africa. A young African maiden falls in love with a Frenchman captured by her father's warriors. As she watches and cares for him over the next twenty-one days, she is captivated by his beautiful green eyes and his genuine smile and breaks tribal law when she asks her father to be his bride instead of her chosen husband. Her father King Sundiata could not refuse his youngest daughter and allows her to leave Africa with the Frenchman; what she doesn't know is that the tribal shaman has placed a curse on her and all of her female descendants. "21 suns you feel in love and left your people, 21 moons shall you love your girl child".
Jump forward to our time and young Bethel began having dreams of African and French women who speak to her and show her the paths of their lives.

Broken Life - A Fight for Forever - Book 1 is about Marguerite, the third women in her dreams and the woman who writes the first entry in the journal that her deceased mother left her. Her dreams are so vivid that she is a shadow watching the past in the future.

This is a romantic tale of steamy passion and boiling fervor, which also wraps itself in the arms of virtually unexplored history. Moreover, this zeal-filled story crosses time, racial, cultural lines as well as the vast Atlantic. From generation to generation, a special lineage of rare love is interrupted, entwined lives are broken, and fragile dreams are shattered because of an unrelenting curse rooted in the motherland. Yet, the rigorous fight to break the curse's menacing grip steadily climaxes as young Bethel gains wisdom through her visions as well as the truths spoken from her father’s reluctant tongue. And then there is the cherished wooden box, a treasured but mysterious heirloom, which connects Bethel to both the curse and a counter to the same. Upon possessing the box, she discovers the nearly elusive path to victory. Through a series of visions, which first take her to the mid 1800’s, she sees the way…
