What Ebook Sites Are Out There to Help Promote?

I know there are at least thirty websites out there where a author can submit their ebooks free of charge onto online libraries to sale? I know about ebook freeway and e-library.net. I also had a entire list saved on my computer, but I lost all of that when my computer crashed. So what I'm asking is does anyone know what any of these websites are?
